HABITAT: Rainforest at the edge and in regenerating clearings and along roadsides

While the kalibaian’s bitter leaves and bark are medicinal, its seeds are anathema and poisonous to some birds. This near-obscure native species, is a fast-growing ornamental tree that should grace our urban landscapes.
